Flight information
For those of you flying, we ask that you arrive through the Tulsa airport on the Thursday afternoon or evening before your camp starts on Friday. A camp staff member will be at the airport Thursday from 6pm to 8pm to meet you and bring you to Stillwater, so the closer you arrive to this time frame, the better. We will also be able to transport you back to the Tulsa airport Sunday when camp ends, arriving in Tulsa in time for flights departing NO EARLIER than 7 pm.
Once you have booked your flight, please notify us as soon as possible with your flight number, arrival and departure information so we can plan to pick you up from and take you back to the airport. We do charge 30 dollars for this transportation service (to offset costs of tolls, gas, etc.), payable in cash when we pick you up from the airport.
If you need to arrive earlier than Thursday afternoon/evening, or depart later than Sunday evening, you still have options. You may catch a cab between the airport and OSU-Tulsa campus and catch an OSU shuttle bus between OSU and OSU-Tulsa for getting to and from Stillwater. For any nights spent in Stillwater that are not scheduled camp nights, you are responsible for your lodging.
