Special Events Dining at the Union
As space is available in the Union, public space may be reserved by organizations/individuals not affiliated with Oklahoma State provided approval is obtained by the Student Union Director.
Meeting/Conference Services staff members are catering specialists and will make any event perfect and assist in keeping the event within budget. Following are only a handful of the events in which Student Union catering can assist:
- Birthdays
- Holiday
- Celebrations
- Weddings
- Conferences
- Theme Parties
- Retirement
You can choose from a variety of menus or create your own. The Union also offers spacious room accommodations as well as ice sculptures. Liquor services also are available.
