| Order of Omega |
Click here to download the application for Order of Omega, a Greek honor society. They are due at 5:00 pm on October 22 to the Campus Life information desk, 060 Student Union.

| Social Event Registration Form (Alcohol Events) |
This form must be filled out for any chapter function where alcohol will be present. The forms must be turned in to the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs, 050 Student Union, seven (7) calendar days before the function. Click here to download the form. |

| Non-Alcoholic Event Registration Form |
This form is for those events that will have NO alcohol present. These forms can be turned in at 050 Student Union 24 hours prior to the event's start time. It is recommended that if the event is to occur after 5pm on a given day you should still have the form turned in by 5pm on the day before. This is due to the office closing at 5pm.

| Volunteer Hours |
Click here to download the form for reporting Volunteer Hours. This form must be turned in to the Service Learning Volunteer Center, 030 Student Union, on the 15th of the month following the performance of servce. Ex: January's form is due February 15. These hours are the only hours that IFC will count for the Troxel Award.
