Bhangra Nite - Feb 8th - Starlight Terrace(SU) - 9:00p.m - 2:00a.m
Come dance the night away on the 8th of Feb to the beats of Bhangra which originated in the plains of Punjab and has traveled all the way from Punjab to England where it command legions of fans and now its in Stillwater to rock you!!!!!!!! The three luckiest people on that night even have a chance to win prizes.

Japan & Thailand Study Abroad Course LA4050 Summer 2008
If you are interested in a summer course of General Education and International Dimension with IN-STATE TUITION, this might be the course.
OSU Landscape Architecture Program has a Japan and Thailand Garden Design Study Abroad Program from May 8 to June 1 in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Bangkok and Chiangmai. There is no prerequisites required for this course as long as you can walk and look around. If you are interested in meeting other culture, have a lot of fun, and earn a few summer credits, this course is for you. The total cost is about $3000 to $3500. OSU Study Abroad Office provides $500 scholarship and it is on a first time first serve base beginning Jan 16, 2008. For more information, please contact:

This week at iSo
1. Lunar New Year festival: The International Student Organization would like to thank you for those who came to the Lunar New Year last Sunday. We had a successful festival. The Starlite Terrace room was full and we had a great time with good food distributed by area clubs, New China Buffet and Chinese Baptist Church.
2. International Bazaar (Saturday, Feb. 23 – Wes Watkins Center): We invite you to participate in our annual International Bazaar for the spring semester. (This event islisted as February 16th in the mortarboard; however, there has been a schedule change since its publication.) Booths will be set up by ISO's area clubs, as well as cultural clubs and other campus clubs, to sell foods, souvenirs, etc and to share any other aspects of the cultures around the world. This year, we also have an art exhibition from different cultures and local businesses. Cash and Bursar charge (with Student IDs) are accepted.
