Student Union Meeting and Conference Services offers many Audio/Visual related options.  Below is a list of equipment offered here in the facility, but we can provide almost anything you may need.  Contact us for more information.

  • -Equipment is priced for in house use only. Tables and chairs for use outside of Student Union will be charged appropriately for each item plus additional delivery fees and pick up fees.  Please contact our office for prices and availability of these items.

    -Theater, Ballroom, and Starlight Tech Fee: $25 per hour for reservation time plus an additional hour for setup & take down.

    -Two moveable pianos are available for use at no charge. If tuning is requested, this cost is passed on to the customer.
