Friday 9-25-09
Family Weekend check-in – 2:00pm – 6:00pm - Student Union first floor-across from the bookstore entrance

Faculty Exhibition – 8:00am – 5:00pm - Gardiner Art Gallery
Visit the gallery to experience current works of art in all disciplines by the current faculty and faculty emeritus in the Oklahoma State University Department of Art.
Spa Night – 6:00pm – 8:00pm – 4th floor Exhibit Rooms 414 Student Union
Enjoy light refreshments while you relax with a free manicure or pedicure. Sponsored by the Family Weekend Steering Committee and Stillwater’s Meridian Technology Center Cosmetology program.
Cowgirl Soccer vs. Kansas – 7:00pm – Soccer Field (North side of Hall of Fame just west of the track)
Cheer on the Cowgirls as they take on conference rival Kansas! Tickets are just $6.00 each and are available at the gate.
Movie – Transformers 2 - 7:00pm and 9:30pm – Student Union Theater
Starring: Shia LaBeouf, Megan Fox - Rated PG-13
Sponsored by the Student Union Activities Board. SUAB movies shown on selected Thursdays and Fridays in the Student Union Theater are FREE and concessions are $1.00 each.
Bluegrass Concert: Midnight Earl Band - 8:00pm-11:00pm –Library Lawn
Come see the Midnight Earl Band on Library Lawn for a free concert presented by the Student Union Activities Board! Free food and drinks will also be available!

Scholarship Brunch –10:00am – 11:00am – Student Union Atrium
Join the Vice President for Student Affairs, Dr. Lee Bird and other Cowboy Parents for a full brunch buffet as we recognize our scholarship recipients. Scholarships are made possible through membership dues and fund-raising activities such as the finals week care package program. *Due to room size and food orders, pre-registration is required for this event.
Living group events- 11:30am – 3:00pm – Campus wide
This is your chance to see your student in his or her new home at OSU. Check with your student to find out what’s going on in his or her living group or take this chance to take a photo tour of campus. Park in downtown Stillwater, explore the shops along main street and then catch a FREE shuttle to the game (more information and a shuttle map is in your packet.
Downtown Stillwater shuttle – 3:00pm until post-game - Corner of Hall of Fame and Knoblock or 7th and Lewis
PARK FOR FREE IN DOWNTOWN STILLWATER on 7th and Lewis (see the shuttle information at the check-in table)
Enjoy game day shopping and dining before catching a courtesy shuttle to Boone Pickens Stadium. Shuttle service begins 3 hours prior to kickoff and continues throughout post-game, with pick-up/drop-off approximately every 15 minutes.
Family picture station and inflatable rides – 3:00pm – 5:00pm - Corner of Hester and Morrill Ave.
This is always a favorite for cowboys and cowgirls of any age. Snap a family photo in front of the backdrop featuring Pistol Pete and his family on their way to OSU for the weekend, then try one of the inflatable rides. Rides are provided for all ages and the super slide is a favorite among OSU students!
Gameday at the Union- 3:00pm-6:00pm – Corner of Hester and Morrill Avenues
In its sixth year, Gameday at the Union (GDAU) continues to be a fan favorite on OSU home game days. Gather with fellow orange-clad friends three hours before each home football game at the corner of Hester and Morrill and enjoy free Pistol Pete tattoos, poster making station, and giveaways
Be sure to also stop by and begin collecting this season's collectible - a wristband featuring each of OSU's home games and opponents. Each home game will feature a new band so be sure you stop by and get yours each week.
The Union Grill will feature affordable game day fare including brisket
sandwiches, hot links, bratwurst, hot dogs, chips and ice cold drinks
The Walk – 3:30 – 4:00pm – Hester and Morrill Ave.
The Cowboys will emerge from the Atherton Hotel and make the walk down Hester Street to Boone Pickens Stadium. They'll be led by Coach Gundy and the OSU Marching Band. This is your first chance of the day to help fire up the team. Consider it reporting for duty!

Get pumped for the game with the marching band as they perform OSU’s fight songs and other selections.
Hall of Fame Block Party – 3:00pm-6:00pm – North Side of Boone Pickens Stadium
Cowboy football isn’t just a game. It’s an event. This season the football experience has spilled out onto the concourse. Join other cowboy fans in the Hall of Fame Block Party on the north side of the stadium for carnival concessions, Nike tent, inflatable games, and GoVision. John Holcomb and Dave Hunziker will broadcast the Cowboy pre-game show live. In addition, the south side of Boone Pickens Stadium will feature a tent city full of vendors offering “Made in Oklahoma” merchandise.
