Prepare yourself to discover new friends, new experiences and new ideas at Camp Cowboy! Each year, hundreds of first-year students have an awesome time that they never will forget.
Camp Cowboy is a fun-filled three-day experience for new students that includes a ropes course, swimming, small groups, camp fires, meeting OSU athletes and administrators, and much more!
It is designed to prepare students to experience the best of what OSU has to offer. Your Camp Cowboy experience will provide an opportunity to meet other incoming freshmen, "experienced" OSU students, faculty and staff - all leading to an easier transition into college life and giving you an opportunity to create a support network within the University community.
We hope to see you at one of the camps this summer! A limited number of fee waivers (scholarships) are available for students who qualify. For more information, please look at the "Scholarship Info" tab or contact us.
This year's camps will be during seven different weekends. The 2013 camp dates are as follows:
- Camp 1 - June 7-9
- Camp 2 - June 14-16
- Camp 3 - June 21-23
- Camp 4 - June 28-30
- Camp 5 - July 12-14
- Camp 6 - July 19-21
- Camp 7 -July 26-28
Refund Policy:
80% Refund :
If you cancel 30-days prior to your assigned camp date
50% Refund:
If you cancel less then 30-days, but more then 10-days before your assigned camp.
-0- Refund:
If you cancel less then 10-days before or do not show up.
If you request a camp date change, then cancel.
