Chartering Packet for New Student Organizations
If you are interested in establishing a new student organization on campus, the following paperwork must be filed with the Department of Campus Life. Once the paperwork has been successfully submitted and reviewed you will then be contacted to appear before the Committee on Student Organizations (CSO).

- Please Note that if you are establishing a local chapter of a national or regional organization, you may use that organization's constitution as your basis but in order for the constitution to be valid, it must contain all of the information outlined in the sample constitution.
