Spirit Happens at the Union
In its sixth year, GameDay at the Union (GDAU) continues to be a fan favorite on OSU home game days. Everything remains the same this year, except for the location. GDAU will now take place just south of its previous location. The tent will be located directly across from the Student Union and west of Gunderson.
Gather with fellow orange-clad friends three hours before each home football game and enjoy free Pistol Pete tattoos, poster making station lots of and giveaways. One of the giveaways includes collectible wristbands. Each wristband features the opponent and date making it the perfect collectible to commemorate this hopefully historic season. Every home game will feature a new wristband so be sure you stop by and get your wristband each week.
As always, food will be availble for sale in the area as well. The Union Grill will feature affordable brisket, hot links, bratwurst and hot dogs.
GDAU festivities conclude approximately one hour prior to kick off. Below is a timeline of events for this week's game against Colorado.
3-6:30 p.m. - GameDay Grill Opens
3 p.m. - GameDay at the Union begins
4:15 p.m. - The Walk takes place down Hester Street beginning at the Union
5:30 p.m. - GameDay at the Union concludes
6:30 p.m. - Kick off
Student Store Operating Hours
The Student Store has everything you need to get ready for game day. Following are the hours for the Colorado game:
- Thursday, November 16 we will be open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Food Court Hours
If you are looking to eat inside, the following are the operating hours of the Food Court on Thursday, November 16:
Twenty Something Too Convenience Store - 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Taco Mayo - 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Java Dave's - 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Viva Italiano - 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Union Grill - 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and then at GameDay at the Union tent
Chick-fil-A - 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
