International Undergraduate Application

This application is designed for international students applying for academic study at the undergraduate level.  If you are a US citizen, please use the following link to apply to OSU.  For the purposes of admission, an international student is defined as a student who is a citizen or a permanent resident of a country other than the United States and who is or will be temporarily in the United States in a non-immigrant status.

Electronic Application

You can complete the Admission/Scholarship application, Residential Life application and the Honors College application electronically.  You will receive reminders from the appropriate office, to the email address you provide, concerning other documentation and the receipt of your application(s).  You are required to pay the application fees by credit card in order to submit them electronically.  We accept VISA and MasterCard.  We do not process e-checks or allow you to mail a check or money order separately from the electronic application.  Students wishing to mail their application fee should submit the paper application listed on this page.

At this time, you cannot save your application online, so you must start and complete the application in one sitting.  You may wish to draft responses to the essay questions used for admission and scholarship consideration so you can copy and paste them into the required form.

Paper Application

Students who wish to mail in their application, or who do not wish to pay the application fee online, should use the following paper application.  Please make sure that you include a working email address on your application so that we can update you on your application status after receiving your application.  You may send a check or money order for $75.00 USD made payable to Oklahoma State University along with your application.
