At Oklahoma State University we have two opportunites for women to join one of our 11 National Sororities. Formal Fall Recruitment usually takes place 2 weeks prior to the first week of school, and all 11 chapters participate. Continuous Open Recruitment is an informal recruitment process that begins on the last day of Formal Fall Recruitment and concludes with OSU Greek Discovery Day in the Spring. Not every chapter participates in Continuous Open Recruitment. To learn more about each of these processes please click on the links to the left.
Membership in Greek letter organizations serves to provide academic achievement, leadership opportunities, social development and moral enhancement that adds to the college experience. Greek Life also provides lifelong relationships among its members, strong local and national commitment to the quality of life, social interaction and long term networking opportunities.
