All UDS operations offer vegetarian and meatless choices. Listed below is a sampling of the options.

Service Station Restaurant
Portabella mushroom burger, salmon, garden burger, salads and rice pilafs.
 
Stout
Flat bread veggie, Neapolitan veggie pita, veggie sandwich, veggie lover dream salad, Waldorf salad and house salad.
 
Little Bakery and Deli
Baked potato bar, fruit platters, yogurt parfaits, Freshens, pretzels, smoothies, tabouli and pasta salads, vegetarian microwaveable home cooked meals, hummus, veggies and dips and full salad bar.
 
The Wok at Adams Market
Mongolian flat top grill area where students can choose all the vegetable ingredients and sauces including tofu to make a full meal entrée or side.
 
All You Care to Eat Dining at Adams Market
Includes a daily rotating vegetarian entrée option along with at least two vegetables, starch and full salad bar with fruit
 
Convenience Store at Adams Market
Includes vegetarian choices such as vegetarian sushi made daily, vegetarian sandwiches and options on frozen meals to bring to residence halls, vegetarian wraps, Seeds of change vegetarian products, veggies and dip parfait.
 
The Wok at the Union
Stir fry vegetarian entrées made to order from a choice of 15 vegetarian side options.
 
Taco Mayo
Quesadillas, rice, nachos, locos and tostados.
 
Café Libro
Fruit parfait, strawberry and feta salad, and walnut gorgonzola salad.
 
Viva Italiano and Oregano Italian Restaurants
Vegetarian pizzas, calzone, pasta with marinara sauce, tofu pasta entrée, ravioli, and bruschetta.
 
Sushi with Gusto
Vegetarian sushi and spring roll wraps.
 
Student Union Food Court
Veggie sub, hummus sandwiches and wraps, soups, fruity nut salads, spinach and mandarin salad, Greek salad, tomato and cheese sandwiches, egg salad, tossed salads, full salad bar, vegetables and dip, fresh fruit cup, bagel sandwiches, brown rice casserole, grilled veggie burger, full line of vegetarian entrées at the Almost Home concept which include vegetarian stuffed peppers, potato frittata, vegetable lasagna, ravioli, tortellini, manicotti, pasta primavera and eggplant parmesan.
