Student Union Coronavirus Update
UPDATE MARCH 23, 2020
As the university continues to monitor the evolving COVID-19 situation and in review of general guidance from the Centers for Disease Control, it is recommended by university officials the Student Union close its doors effective 6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24. There is no timeline of when the building will reopen. Operating hours for the duration of the closure will be updated as soon as they are available.

UNIVERSITY STORE UPDATE
Students can shop online for necessary academic items at shopokstate.com. Unfortunately, at this time there is no in-store pick up. All orders will be processed and sent via FedEx Ground.
What is the University Store doing about refunding caps & gowns or announcements since
graduation is up in the air?
At this point, Oklahoma State University has not made a decision on any changes to the commencement schedule. As soon as we know what the university plans to do, we will evaluate and address refunds on a case by case basis. Please watch for an announcement from OSU on commencement and updates from the University Store.
What do I need to do about my textbook rental?
The University Store will extend the textbook rental return date for the spring semester. The exact date has not yet been determined at this time, but the store will email every student that needs to return a book with that date once it is decide upon.
