Listed below are the instructions and software required to set up Pharos printing for the print station located on the 2nd floor of the Student Union on your PC or Mac. Please note that an O-Key account is required for printing and you will be prompted to enter your O-Key credentials each time you print directly or to the release station. If you are printing something you want to ensure will not be taken before you arrive at the print station, please print to the release station; by doing so your print job will be held at the release station PC located next to the printers where you can access and release your held print jobs by logging in with your O-Key account.

NOTICE: If you installed these printers prior to 12/19/2016, you will need to delete the printers from your PC or Mac and reinstall them from the executables/instructions below; you will not be able to print until doing so. 

Windows users simply need to click the link below and click through the executable.

Macintosh users need to download the Pharos installation instructions listed below to install the printers on their Mac.

If you have any issues, please see the Campus Life information desk for assistance. Don't forget, there are already eight iMacs on the 2nd floor, three iMacs on the 1st floor, and five iMacs in the basement already configured for this printing station.
